The Total Reach module aggregates across every connected account at once. You get total followers summed across all platforms, combined impressions and engagements for the past seven days, and an average engagement rate that spans your entire connected presence. The Connected Accounts tile confirms nothing is silently missing from the count. For anyone managing three or more platforms, this replaces opening separate apps to piece together the same picture manually.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

PostHero syncs analytics once nightly at 00:30 UTC, so widgets show the prior day's data rather than a live feed. That cadence is accurate enough for ambient awareness and weekly decision-making, which is the main use case here. LinkedIn personal profiles need the PostHero Chrome extension installed on a desktop and at least one linkedin.com visit before metrics populate. API access requires the PostHero API plan at $9 per month or a higher tier; a 403 error on connection means your current plan does not include API access.

How to get your PostHero API key

How we protect your credentials

Your PostHero API key is sealed on this device with AES-256-GCM before it ever leaves your iPhone. Only your device holds the unwrap secret, stored in the iOS Keychain. The PulseKit backend wraps that already-encrypted payload again with its STORAGE_SECRET and writes the double-envelope blob to Postgres, so the server never sees your plaintext key at rest. Each fetch request includes a one-time unwrap secret that decrypts the inner envelope only long enough to call PostHero. The key is scoped to this device, can be revoked from PulseKit at any time, and is never written to logs.

How often does PostHero data refresh on my home screen?

LinkedIn personal profiles require the PostHero Chrome extension installed on a desktop browser and at least one visit to linkedin.com after installation before the first data sync occurs. Metrics show as zero until that sync completes. LinkedIn company pages do not require the extension. If zeros persist after syncing, verify the account is fully connected in your PostHero dashboard.

What does Top Post Engagement show exactly?

Top Post Engagement (7d) shows the combined engagement count on your best-performing post from the past seven days. The signals included vary by platform: on X it sums likes, replies, retweets, and bookmarks; on Instagram it sums likes, replies, saves, and shares; on Threads it sums likes, replies, reposts, and quotes. The result is a single number indicating whether any post broke through that week.
