Gumroad iPhone widget to track revenue, sales, and your next payout on your home screen

For indie creators selling digital products, your store numbers should be one glance away. See net proceeds, sales volume, and upcoming payout without opening Gumroad.

Your store revenue, always in view

Gumroad sellers know the feeling: you publish a new product and then spend the next hour refreshing the dashboard. PulseKit puts your net revenue, which is the sale price minus Gumroad's fee, directly on your home screen for a timeframe you choose, from this week to this year. The number you see is what actually lands in your account, not the gross sale price. Sales count sits alongside it as a secondary tile, giving you volume context without cluttering the glance.

Store-wide and per-product views

The Store module covers your entire catalog in one widget: total net revenue, total sales, and your upcoming payout. The upcoming payout is always forward-looking, pulled from Gumroad's next unpaid payout, regardless of the timeframe you select for revenue. The Product module lets you pin a single product and watch its revenue and sales count independently. If you sell a template pack and a course side by side, you can see which one is carrying your store at any given moment.

Display currency your way

PulseKit converts your Gumroad revenue into whichever currency you set in the widget. For most sellers this means no change at all, since Gumroad reports in USD by default, but you can pick EUR, GBP, or another currency once and every revenue and payout figure will reflect the conversion automatically using daily exchange rates. The Store and Product modules each have their own currency setting so they can be configured independently.

Security

How we protect your credentials

PulseKit connects to Gumroad using OAuth. You authenticate on Gumroad's own login page, Gumroad returns a short-lived access token to our TLS callback, and you never type a password into PulseKit. Tokens are stored server-side scoped to this device. We ask for the minimum scopes needed and never share them with another device or another app. Refreshes happen automatically without you re-entering credentials, and tapping disconnect inside PulseKit deletes the token immediately so this device can no longer reach Gumroad.

Who uses this

  • Ebook sellers

You want to know if this week is outpacing last week without logging in to check. Pin the Store module, set the timeframe to This Week, and your net revenue is visible the moment you pick up your phone. No dashboard tab, no mental overhead, just the number.

  • Template creators

You sell three or four template packs and want to know which one is gaining traction right now. Add a Product widget for each, set the same timeframe, and compare revenue and sales side by side. Shift your promotion efforts toward whichever product is converting.

  • Course sellers

A launch is live and you are watching the numbers roll in. The Store module shows your total net proceeds and sales count across your whole catalog so you can feel the momentum in real time, without keeping a browser tab pinned to the Gumroad dashboard all day.

  • Indie founders

Cash flow awareness matters when you are running solo. The upcoming payout tile shows exactly what Gumroad is about to transfer to your bank so you can plan around it. Switch the display currency to match your local account and the number is immediately actionable.

FAQs

What metrics does the Gumroad widget show?

The Store widget shows net revenue, sales count, and your upcoming payout for your whole catalog. The Product widget shows net revenue and sales count for a single product you choose. Revenue is always net proceeds, meaning the sale price minus Gumroad's fee, so it reflects what you actually earn rather than gross transaction volume.

Does it show gross or net revenue?

Net revenue only. PulseKit sums the sale price minus Gumroad's fee for every sale in the selected period. Tax collected by Gumroad is excluded because it is collected for remittance, not earnings. This keeps the number consistent and meaningful no matter which timeframe you select.

Can I track a single product separately?

Yes. The Product module lets you pick one product from your Gumroad catalog and shows its revenue and sales count for the timeframe you select. You can add multiple Product widgets if you want to monitor several products at once, each with its own timeframe and currency setting.

What currencies does the Gumroad widget support?

You can set any supported display currency in the widget settings. Gumroad reports revenue in USD by default, and PulseKit converts to your chosen currency using daily exchange rates. If you leave the setting on USD, no conversion happens. The Store and Product modules have independent currency settings.

How does PulseKit connect to my Gumroad account?

PulseKit uses OAuth so you authenticate directly on Gumroad's own login page. You never type a password into PulseKit. Gumroad issues a read-only access token scoped to sales and payout data, and tapping Disconnect inside PulseKit deletes that token immediately so the connection is fully removed.

Does the upcoming payout change when I switch timeframes?

No. The upcoming payout is always forward-looking regardless of the timeframe you select for revenue. It shows the next payout Gumroad has not yet completed, so it reflects what is about to hit your bank account rather than a historical figure tied to a specific period.

How often does the widget data update?

PulseKit fetches data on demand, pulling fresh figures from Gumroad each time your widget updates. You are always looking at current store activity rather than a stale snapshot. The last 30 days of metric history is retained so revenue and sales charts have data to display even between refreshes.
